Here's an interesting nugget about a little AIM-listed company chaired by one of the London market's most colourful dealmakers - David Lenigas.
The tale involves Inspirit Energy, which for the last few years has been developing a super efficient boiler that generates heat AND electricity.
Anyway, I hear Inspirit Energy - whose chairman is Lenigas, the Australian resources entrepreneur that was involved with the Gatwick gusher - is close to making announcement about a successful round of testing of its super boiler.
I also understand Inspirit now plans get the boiler tested for safety and performance with consultant Enertek early next year ahead of submitting its product for certification with European regulators.
Word is the announcement about testing could come in the next few days, so keep an eye on the regulatory news service...
Inspirit declined to comment.
